Can beginners use this? Yes, this was actually made to be beginner-friendly makeup since it has a stamp to help guide you when doing a cat eye.

Is this waterproof? Once this fully dries and sets, this liquid eyeliner is waterproof to be able to last the day. Note that if you rub your eyes often or usually teary-eyed then this may not last as long throughout the day.

Refunds

You can refund any unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase (anything used is final sale due to being personal care items).

Simply request a refund and once approved, ship to our office (Hamilton, Canada). Once received and verified, a refund for the returned items will be refunded to you.
