All orders are typically processed within 1-3 days and takes between 1-8 days to be shipped (depending where you live). Shipping cost calculated at checkout.

If Canada Post goes on strike, we ship via alternate carriers like UPS & ChitChats in order to avoid delays.

CANADA (Ships in 1-2 days):

• Central (ON/QC) ~$5-$10 CAD 
• East/West Coast (BC/NS, etc) ~$15-$20 CAD
  

OUTSIDE CANADA (Ships in 2-8 days):

• US (paused due to tariffs)
• UK ~$6 GBP
• Rest of the world ~$25 USD

You can refund any unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase (anything used is final sale due to being personal care items).

Simply request a refund and once approved, ship to our office (Hamilton, Canada). Once received and verified, a refund for the returned items will be refunded to you.
